CARLA POSADA

Carla is a theatre designer and props artisan currently residing in NYC. She has worked as a scenic and costume designer, props master, scenic carpenter, assistant wardrobe supervisor and make up artist on several shows, both in her home country, Peru, and now in the U.S. at New York University.  Currently, she is designing the set for NYU's Meisner Studio production of Men on Boats directed by Gigi Buffington.

Carla is pursuing a B.F.A in Theatre Production & Design with a concentration in scenic and costume design at New York University's Tisch School of the Arts. Her expected graduation date is May 2020.

Along with her love and work in theatre, Carla also has experience as a graphic and product designer.
